We at The Souled Shop are committed to offering you excellent support so your shopping experience is smooth, joyful, and stress-free. Whether you have questions about ordering, product details, or tracking, we’re here to help.

2. Support Channels & Availablility

  • Social Media: Instagram / Facebook DMs — we try to respond within one working day.

    3. What We Can Help With

    • Order placement and modification.

    • Product information (materials, sizing, care, etc.).

    • Order tracking.

    • Resolving issues: missing items, damaged goods, incorrect shipments.

    • Returns, exchanges, and refunds (see Return Policy).

      4. What We Cannot Do

      • Change orders after dispatch.

      • Refund or replace items beyond the allowed return period.

      • Honor requests that violate our policies (e.g. reuse of return shipping labels after expiry).

      • Provide replacements or compensation for misuse, alteration by customer, or natural wear & tear beyond what we represent in product descriptions.

      5. Response Time & Escalation

      • Acknowledge all support requests within 24 hours during business days.

      • Print acknowledgement message (automatic) + more detailed follow up after review.

      • If your issue is complex, we might take up to 3-5 business days to resolve. We’ll keep you updated at each stage.

        6. Customer Responsibilities

        • Provide accurate order details: order number, name, address, email.

        • If claiming damage or defect: send clear photographs and/or videos.

        • Keep original packaging (if required for returns or exchanges).

        • For returns: package items securely, in their original condition, unused (unless defective/damaged).

        7. Privacy & Data Protection

        Any information you share with us while seeking support is kept safe, used only to respond to your request, and not shared with unauthorised third parties. We comply with laws regarding data protection applicable in India.

        8. Amendments

        We may update this Support Policy occasionally. We’ll post the latest version on this page with the date of last revision. You are encouraged to review it periodically.
